This document is intended to clarify the terms and limitations of responsibility related to the cleaning services provided by the Contractor at the Client’s premises.

2. Scope of Services

The Contractor agrees to perform cleaning services as previously arranged with the Client, respecting the agreed deadlines, schedules, and quality standards.

Services may include:

Cleaning of floors, furniture, and surfaces;

Removal of household waste;

Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen;

Basic organization of the environment.

3. Liability Waiver

The Contractor shall not be held responsible for:

Damages caused by improper use of cleaning products supplied by the Client;

Natural wear and tear or pre-existing damage to furniture, upholstery, surfaces, or appliances;

Loss or damage to valuables, money, jewelry, or documents left unsecured;

Sensitive or delicate materials that were not previously disclosed by the Client;

Structural issues, such as leaks, mold, or maintenance defects in the property;

Damages occurring after the cleaning service is completed, due to misuse of the area.

4. Client Responsibilities

Inform the Contractor in advance about sensitive materials, restricted areas, and products that should not be used;

Ensure access to the premises on the agreed date and time;

Provide, if necessary, additional products or equipment requested by the Contractor.

5. Service Limitations

This agreement does not include:

Repairs, painting, or electrical/plumbing maintenance;

Exterior cleaning of façades, roofs, or large structures;

Removal of heavy debris or construction waste (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

6. Term and Signatures

Both parties declare that they have read and agreed to the terms above, signing this document in two copies of equal content.
